Refund & Return Policy

At Horizon Designs Unlimited, we strive to deliver high-quality graphic design services and products. Please read this policy carefully as it explains our no-refund and no-return policy for both physical and digital products.
1. No Refunds or Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any items, including but not limited to:
Logos
Websites
Business cards
Attire and other physical merchandise
Flyers and other digital designs
2. Physical Products
We use a third-party for drop shipping, which handles the production and shipping of physical items. Your name, address, phone number, and email are shared to provide shipping updates and tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items:
While we do not accept returns or issue refunds, if your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at horizondesignscontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our third-party to address the issue.
3. Digital Products & Services
All digital products (e.g., logos, flyers, website designs) are custom-made to your specifications and delivered either by email or through Frame.io for bulk orders. Once the final product is delivered, all sales are final.
Website Transfers:
Completed websites are transferred to your Wix account after full payment and project completion. Once transferred, the transaction is considered final.
4. Customer Approval Process
We prioritize your satisfaction by providing opportunities for feedback and revisions during the design process. You will have the chance to approve the final design before delivery or website transfer.
