Shipping Policy

At Horizon Designs Unlimited, we aim to provide a seamless shipping and delivery experience for our physical and digital products. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, order fulfillment, and delivery for both product types.

1. Physical Product Shipping
We use a third-party to produce and ship all physical products, including but not limited to:

Business cards
Attire
Stickers
Other printed merchandise
Shipping Details:

Shipping Address: We require your name, address, phone number, and email to process and ship your order.
Order Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-4 days to process before shipping.
Shipping Methods: Shipping options and delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress

2. Digital Product Delivery
For digital products (e.g., logos, websites, flyers, and more):

Delivery Method: Final files will be sent via email in high-quality formats. For bulk digital products, we may use Frame.io for secure file transfer.
Website Transfers: Completed websites will be transferred directly to your Wix account after project approval and full payment.
Delivery Time: Digital products are typically delivered within 2-4 days after project completion, payment, and final approval.

3. Shipping Limitations
International shipping is available to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Please note that some products may not qualify for international shipping.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues or customs processing.

4. Shipping Issues & Support
If your physical product arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. While we do not accept returns or refunds, we will work with Vistaprint to resolve the issue.

For digital product delivery concerns (e.g., file corruption or incomplete transfers), please contact us immediately for assistance.
