1. Services and Products
We offer both physical and digital graphic design products, including but not limited to:

Logos, websites, and flyers
Business cards, attire, stickers, and other printed merchandise
Physical Products: We use a third-party for drop shipping to manufacture and ship physical items.
Digital Products: We design and send digital files via email or Frame.io for bulk orders. Website designs are transferred directly through Wix.

2. Orders and Payment
Order Placement: Orders are placed through our website. Full payment is required before work begins.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information for order fulfillment.

3. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
No Refunds or Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the order is placed and/or work has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If a physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our third-party to resolve the issue.

4. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products will be delivered via email or Frame.io in high-quality formats.
Websites will be transferred to the customer’s Wix account after final approval and full payment.
Delivery timelines will be communicated during the order process.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, websites, and other custom works created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Design Usage:
We reserve the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Delays in shipping caused by external factors (e.g., shipping carrier issues or customs processing).
Issues with website transfers caused by Wix’s platform or customer account errors.
Loss of data or files after digital product delivery.

7. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information (e.g., name, address, email, phone number) will be used to fulfill orders, provide updates, and process payments. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated "Effective Date."

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
